If you have a smartphone, you can sign up HERE for Target mobile coupons. Coupons will be sent to your phone via text(you choose what time, they come about every 2 weeks) and you simply show the cashier your phone at checkout and they scan the coupon directly from your phone! (You can use manufacturers coupons on top of these as well)
